Keyif is the Turkish word for taking your time over something good. A long breakfast. A second glass of tea. Nowhere else to be.
Our hometown is Trabzon, on the Black Sea. We cook breakfast the way it's done there: made to order, and brought to the table to share.

Menemen in the pan it was cooked in. Çılbır with chilli butter. A Turkish spread for two that takes the whole table.
Sweet
Brioche French toast, three ways. Tiramisu, pistachio, or Vira with Trabzon hazelnut cream. Mini pancakes for the ones who can't choose.
Coffee
Ozone's speciality blend on a La Marzocco. Ceremonial matcha from Kyoto. Turkish coffee, salep, and tea by the glass.
